Feel good about life...
Some thing to share with the rest..
Feeling good about your life involves just two parts. Really! One is to learn to think about yourself in healthy ways. This is a learned skill, not something that a lucky few were born with. The second involves "making things happen". Seeing yourself being successful - at anything! - builds the blocks of contentment.
Use these ideas to help you feel good about your life, starting today.
Never stop questioning. Every time you feel frustrated with a task, ask yourself, "How does this task fit in with my ultimate goals?" Are your current priorities maximizing your potential or holding you back? Ask yourself "How can I do this better, faster, easier, simpler, and even more fun?"
Don't give up on life. Be interested and curious about yourself and about others. Don't assume that's "just the way it is". Look for the choices behind your results.
Accept your weakness. Don't deceive yourself by thinking you're the only one with difficulties in their life. Everybody has them (yes, everybody!). Instead of spending your time and energy trying to "overcome" your weakness, make friends with it and make it work for you.
Don't stop learning. The brain is a muscle just like any other, and it will stagnate if you let it. Make it your rule to learn something new every day. Then use what you learn to make your life better.
Don't lie to yourself. Telling lies to yourself is the most harmful form of disrespect. Write out ways in which you are untruthful to yourself, and how to correct it. "I will no longer pretend that overspending my budget is ok".
Nurture what you want to grow. Many many people are (figuratively) wondering where the roses are in their life, yet they spend all their time planting and nourishing weeds. You reap what you sow. That's just the way it is.
Don't live in the past. Let go of things that are draining you. There's nothing in the past that you can change or correct -- that can only be done in the present. Use Today. Today, change what you need to change, and move on to feeling good about your life.
Swim with the current. Don't waste your time complaining about what you can't control (weather, other people, economy). Concentrate on what you can control, like who you hug, what you read, how much you laugh, where you go, what you do, what you think about.

Nokia...A forestry, wood products....?????
I never knew this...that nokia , the market leader in consumer mobile phones, carrier infra,3G technology (and a lot), started in started in 1865 as a small timber concern in rural Finland. A little more than 100 years later, it merged with a rubber works company and a cabling firm to form the Nokia Corporation. Then the person whom we all knows as the man behind Nokia Mr.Kari Kairamo guided the company's transformation in to todays Nokia..
Many of the experts say the success behind Nokia is the right product at the right time..While ericcson and Motorola were focussed on developing new technolgoes during 1990's Nokia focussed on Digital phones..This made the company to earn billions of $ today...
Quite interesting to read the book "The Nokia revolution".
Thats all I did this weekend...reading books and having coffee....:)

Power of asking questions
You've probably heard the joke about how men can never ask for directions while driving. You know, how they will drive round in circles, hopelessly lost, yet are maddeningly confident about where they're going - "Don't worry dear, I know it's just after the next turn". How they will sooner eat their foot than admit they're lost and consult a passer-by?
Well, I don't know how true this is - only a woman passenger can know. But I do know that in being afraid of asking questions, one loses out on the opportunity to learn something, to improve oneself, to make things better.
Asking questions is an essential way we all learn - after all, a Chinese proverb goes "He who asks is a fool for a minute. He who doesn't ask is a fool forever". But the power of asking questions goes beyond simply asking other people questions. Asking ourselves the right questions can also have a dramatic impact on our self improvement, success and happiness.
There are times when we find ourselves in difficult or uncomfortable situations, or even in a position where we feel completely overwhelmed. It can be very easy to say 'what have I done to deserve this?' or 'why does this always happen to me?'
However, these questions are destructive and only serve to prepare us for future disappointments. In fact, they can actually guarantee it! The questions we ask ourselves reflect our state of mind, reinforce our beliefs and have a huge impact on our results.
We all experience events that seem too overwhelming to deal with, and there is a great deal of valuable information available to help in these situations. But in almost any situation, no matter how bad it may seem, there is usually something positive that can be found.
Actually asking the question 'what can I learn from this situation?' is a great starting point, even if you only learn what not to do in the future. But you can go much further. It has often been said that when one door closes another opens; and that in every setback lies opportunity. Don't just stare at the closed door - why not try asking yourself what opportunities are now available, or what doors have just opened for you? It will improve your state of mind and may just change your life.

vesak day
Had a long weekend...due to the festival...Vesak...this is quite auspicious for Buddhas and many of hindus(Hindu religion consider Lord Buddha as the re-incarnation of Lord Vishnu).
The significance of this holy day lies in his message of universal piece to mankind..
The four noble truths are
*The Noble Truth of Dukkha or suffering
*The Origin or Cause of suffering
*The End or Cessation of suffering
*The Path which leads to the cessation of all sufferings
The only reason I mentioned due to the way I implied these great messages helped me to understand n solve some of the problems. The day I understood a bit of these holy words the problems which I was thinking enormous looked so simple...thx God...
The real happiness lies within our self..
His clear and profound teachings on the cultivation of heedfulness otherwise known as Satipatthana or the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, is the path for the purification of beings - for the overcoming of sorrows and lamentation, for the destruction of all mental and physical sufferings, for the attainment of insight and knowledge and for the realisation of Nibbana. This has been verified by his disciples. It is therefore a path, a technique which may be verified by all irrespective of caste, colour or creed

IDS - IPS Discussion
Got up n got this link in my mailbox via one of my friend...
http://www.infoworld.com/article/05/05/09/19FEipsids_2.html
Its quite interesting to see ...I have to agree that there is not something so smart called "inilligent prevention" to block the virus or worms or attacks..only its like you know the pattern then you can stop it..people may say heuristic or network anamoly checking..still this is what you are comparing with something you know...
have to see how this specific market evolves...
